  6. New Business
    1. Discuss forming a new working group for P1619.3 (Hubis). Substantial discussion of logistics of doing the change and the possibility of retaining the P1619.3 name. Discussion as agreed that it needs to be known if we can keep P1619.3 name. Eric Hibbard agreed to check with Information Assurance to determine if this is possible Agreed to have SISWG meetings on a bi-weekly basis, with agenda for P1619.0/1/2 to be included every other (or more) meeting, including liaison reports.

      • No news.

      • Study Period in process for ISO. Eric will prepare a report for this group.
  8. General Announcements and Status
    1. P1619.2 status (Maino)
      • Meeting January 12, 2010, 10:00am Pacific.
    2. P1619.3 status (Hubis)
      • Review of PAR for 1619.3: Update P1619.3 web page to include current/existing direction. Matt Ball will circulate on the reflector for review at the next meeting.
    3. Key Management Summit 2010 at Lake Tahoe, NV (Ball)
      • Seeking sponsors.
    4. Update on NIST's acceptance of XTS-AES (Ball)
      • Final draft in process: Jan/Feb will be a new draft, likely the final draft.
